Abstract
The models and results presented here document the first increment of the CellBranch project using the CoSMoS design cycle. Here, we design and calibrate simulations of single TFs in isolation. This single TF version of the full model is not biologically realistic; its purpose is to serve as a building block of complexity as the basis of following increments.
