Abstract

Through BIM cloud platform, this paper proposes a multi-party collaborative design approach including information integration and sharing. The approach is based on BIM technology and the co-management theory. We mainly investigate the BIM cloud platform and its application in design process. We believe that the approach can greatly improve the work efficiency and project controllability.
