Abstract
Several cases of small intestinal involvement by a neighbouring lesion are described in this chapter. The lesions can be tumoral, inflammatory or due to scar formation, excluding postoperative lesions (adhesions, textiloma, talcoma) and hematogenous bowel wall metastases, which are discussed in other chapters.
