Les méningiomes frontobasaux sont relativement inhabituels en comparaison avec les autres groupes. Ils constituent environ 10% de l’ensemble des méningiomes intracrâniens. Leur fréquence chez la femme est particulièrement élevée: prés de 90% des patients de la série de Jacobs et coll [128] sont des femmes.
