Depuis le travail fondamental de Cushing et Eisenhardt [67] il y a plus de 50 ans, de nombreux travaux ont été consacrés aux méningiomes. Le but de cette monographie est de définir une nouvelle approche de ces tumeurs en essayant d’intégrer aux données les plus anciennement établies, les acquis récents de l’histopathologie, de la biologie, de la radiologie et de la chirurgie.
