Résumé

Le choc anaphylactique est la manifestation la plus grave des réactions d’hypersensibilité immédiate. Il s’agit d’un syndrome clinique résultant de la libération de médiateurs chimiques puissants agissant sur des organes cibles, en réponse à l’introduction d’une substance exogène dans l’organisme. Elles demeurent un sujet de préoccupation majeur, car elles surviennent souvent de manière imprévisible, peuvent menacer la vie, et réagissent parfois mal au traitement habituel.
