Abstract
During the last decade, endourology underwent a profound and substantial transformation. Optimal patient positioning; computer-assisted, image-guided, or robotic puncture; Endoscopic Combined Intra Renal Surgery; miniaturization; and standardized exit strategies will synergistically contribute to give birth to the percutaneous technique of tomorrow.
