The Evo-Devo Scenario of Nose and Midface Formation

By combining the evolutionary and developmental informations about the formation of the nose to observations of the midfacial malformations associated with the holoprosencephalic brain, it seems possible to present a general evo-devo scenario of the vertebrate head and midface formation.
