Résumé
Le bevacizumab (BEV) en première ligne associé au paclitaxel hebdomadaire, au docétaxel ou à une autre chimiothérapie améliore significativement la survie sans progression (SSP) dans le cancer du sein métastatique (CSM) HER2-négatif, comme l’ont montré les essais E2100 [1], AVADO [2] et RIBBON-1 [3]. Dans l’étude ATHENA [4], 21 % des patientes ont poursuivi le BEV pendant ⩾ 1 an, sans nouveau signal de tolérance et avec un temps jusqu’à progression de 19,9 mois (IC à 95 % 18,9–21,8 mois). Pour mieux comprendre l’efficacité et la tolérance du traitement chez les longs répondeurs au BEV en première ligne, nous avons conduit une étude descriptive de 2 cohortes différentes de patientes atteintes d’un CSM : hormonosensible (RH+) et triple négatif (TN), traitées dans la pratique oncologique courante par au moins 1 an de BEV en première ligne.
