Résumé

La rupture du tendon tibial postérieur est une affection rare. Elle peut se rencontrer sous différentes formes, aiguës lors d’un traumatisme indirect en course maximale du tendon pouvant occasionner une rupture franche, ou plus fréquemment, dans le cadre de tendinopathies chroniques qui peuvent évoluer vers une rupture au stade terminal [1].
