Le lupus érythémateux systémique (LES) est le prototype des maladies auto-immunes non spécifiques d’organes. Elle affecte essentiellement les femmes (9 femmes pour 1 homme) en période d’activité génitale. Sa prévalence est de 40 cas pour 100 000 habitants
