Résumé
M. Albert V., porteur d’une bactérie multirésistante (BMR) retourne à son domicile après un traitement intensif à l’hôpital. Il est pris en charge par l’HAD. Quelques jours après son retour à domicile, il fait un épisode infectieux et il est vu par le médecin de garde qui ne le connaît pas. Une hospitalisation est demandée mais la lettre du médecin ne comporte pas la notion de BMR ni les précautions à prendre. M. V. arrive dans le service d’urgence où il reste 8 heures. Durant ces 8 heures, une soixantaine de personnes ont été en contact avec lui.
