Résumé

Les campagnes de dépistage ont entraîné un développement considérable de la pratique des microbiopsies afin de réduire les interventions inutiles. Pour faciliter le dialogue pluridisciplinaire, les recommandations européennes ont établi de classer ces lésions en « B » sur un mode superposable à celui de la classification ACR. Les lésions franchement bénignes sont classées en B2 et les malignes en B5. La catégorie B3 correspond à un groupe hétérogène de lésions à risque d’être associées à un cancer en bordure ou à un risque ultérieur de développer un cancer. Les auteurs ont déclaré n’avoir aucun lien d’intérêt.
