Le cancer canalaire in situ en 2011. Synthèse des nouvelles données de la littérature et des recommandations INCa-SFSPM

Résumé

Cet article fait une synthèse des connaissances actuelles sur le carcinome canalaire in situ (CCIS) après la publication en octobre 2009 des recommandations élaborées à la suite du partenariat entre l’Institut National du Cancer et la Société française de sénologie de pathologie mammaire (www.e-cancer.fr) et la publication en octobre 2010 de la monographie du National Cancer Institute (NCI) sur le même sujet (avec en particulier les données de la méta-analyse de l’EBCTCG). Il intègre également de nombreuses références très récentes traitant de multiples aspects de cette pathologie ainsi que des données complémentaires de l’Observatoire national PRACCIS.
