Prise en charge de la récidive homolatérale d’un cancer du sein après traitement conservateur initial

Résumé

Ce chapitre porte sur la prise en charge diagnostique et thérapeutique d’une récidive intramammaire homolatérale isolée d’un cancer du sein ayant eu initialement un traitement conservateur. Il exclut la surveillance après traitement de la récidive locale. La récidive locale isolée homolatérale est définie comme une récidive intramammaire dans le sein traité (y compris avec atteinte de la peau par contiguïté ou nodule isolé sur la cicatrice initiale mais exclut les nodules de perméation et les récidives associées à une localisation ganglionnaire ou métastatique). La tumeur initiale et la récidive peuvent être un cancer in situ et/ ou invasif.
