Résumé
Notre langage ne nous aide pas à développer la bonne approche et la bonne attitude. Le terme « mise en œuvre » peut suggérer un eff et mécanique exercé sur des « cibles de changement ». En réalité, nous travaillons avec des personnes qui ont chacune leur motivation et leur autonomie de pensée. Il s’agit donc d’impliquer dans l’identification des enjeux et des thèmes d’amélioration des gens qui souhaitent réaliser des changements dans leur pratique et dans leurs relations, plutôt que de leur appliquer la « mise en œuvre » d’un changement. Une approche possible est la cocréation d’un changement avec des collègues, en se fondant sur la recherche et en utilisant le retour d’expérience pour ajuster les actions.
