Résumé

Richard voyait avec quelque crainte prendre fin la lune de miel qui avait suivi son entrée en fonction dans son nouvel emploi. Il savait qu’il devait désormais vraiment se pencher de façon plus approfondie sur les points faibles de son service. Sa réticence venait de ce qu’il ne voulait pas risquer d’en saper un des atouts majeurs: l’ambiance positive et conviviale. Néanmoins, certains processus laissaient à désirer. Quelle était la meilleure façon de soulever ces problèmes sans nuire au moral de l’équipe?
