Des lecteurs seront surpris de voir décrire ici une technologie 1992. Comme elle est simplement idéale pour l’échographie critique, et toujours fabriquée au moment de cette rédaction, nous décrirons en deux temps pourquoi nous n’avons pas ressenti le besoin de changer cet équipement. Dans le présent chapitre, nous le décrirons seulement. Dans le chapitre 30, nous le comparerons avec les appareils récents sur le marché.
Si l’on continue d’utiliser des technologies complexes (même avec une hauteur réduite), l’échographie restera cette science complexe qu’elle a toujours été.
