Les sports contre-indiqués pendant la grossesse

Résumé

Tous les sports ne sont pas conseillés pendant la grossesse, et certains sont même formellement interdits. Cependant, beaucoup de disciplines sportives sont compatibles avec la grossesse, si le suivi obstétrical ne révèle pas d’anomalie. Si elles sont déjà pratiquées avant la grossesse, la plupart des activités pourront être poursuivies jusqu’à 18–20 semaines de grossesse en éliminant les sports dangereux et en restant modérée par rapport à ses capacités antérieures. Au-delà de 18–20 semaines de grossesse, l’activité physique doit être davantage modérée. Une discipline spécifique laissera parfois sa place à une activité moins risquée. Les sports les plus accessibles pendant la grossesse sont la marche, la natation, le vélo, le jogging, la course à pied, la gymnastique, le ski de fond.
