Résumé
Nous rapportons l’observation d’un patient de 49 ans, tabagique, hospitalisé en urgence pour un syndrome coronaire aigu sans sus-décalage du segment ST avec élévation de la troponine et, à l’ECG, un courant de lésion sous-endocar-dique dans le territoire latéral. La coronarographie réalisée montre une sténose préocclusive de la circonfexe proximale, une sténose préocclusive de l’IVP et une occlusion ancienne de l’IVA moyenne (fig. 1). Au cours de l’épisode aigu, une angioplastie avec stenting de la circonflexe proximale et de l’IVP est réalisée.
