Résumé

Les avantages de l’IRM par rapport à l’échographie sont sa grande résolution en contraste et spatiale, sa reproductibilité de la qualité de ses images et sa précision comme outil de quantification. La place de l’IRM dans la recherche des cardiopathies arythmogènes est pour l’instant en cours d’évaluation.
