Dans chacun des groupes de maladies métaboliques, des présentations psychiatriques peuvent être observées. Elles peuvent être révélatrices d’une maladie métabolique [1, 2]. Certaines de ces maladies sont traitables, aussi le diagnostic ne doit pas être retardé [3].
