Résumé

L’intolérance aux protéines dibasiques (IPD) avec lysinurie est une anomalie du transporteur des acides aminés dibasiques (arginine, ornithine, lysine) situé dans la membrane basale des cellules [1–4]. Le déficit plasmatique de ces acides aminés entraîne une interruption du cycle de l’urée.
