Résumé

Dans la majorité des cas, les choix qui sont donnés aux proctologues (et aux patients porteurs de fistule) opposent la fistulotomie, technique de référence dont l’efficacité dépasse 90 % dans des mains expertes, mais qui expose à un risque d’incontinence anale (IA) de 5 à 30 % selon les cas (cf. supra), et les techniques d’épargne sphinctérienne: le lambeau d’avancement, l’obturateur ou plug et la colle de fibrine.
