Résumé
Un enfant âgé de 9 ans, en bon état général, bénéficie d’une radiographie thoracique dans le cadre d’une toux. On note un débord cardiaque apical gauche et une échographie cardiaque est demandée. L’échographie montre une masse de la paroi latérale du ventricule. gauche, mais l’extension apicale est mal définie. Le bilan est complété par IRM (figs 1–3) et scanner (figs. 4 et 5).
