Abstrait

L’insuffisance cardiaque est une pathologie fréquente dont la morbimortalité est élevée, notamment chez les sujets âgés vulnérables. L’amélioration de la qualité de la prise en charge de ces malades est primordiale si l’on veut obtenir une réduction de ces paramètres. Les critères de qualité actuels sont issus de l’étude ACOVE (Assessing Care of Vulnerable Elders) et datent de 1999. Le but de cette revue de la littérature est d’actualiser ces critères.
