Le patient bariatrique requiert une prise en charge particulière dans la programmation chirurgicale de la restauration de la silhouette. Le chirurgien plasticien doit prendre en considération la vitesse de la perte de poids, le trophisme cutané, la morphologie et la distribution du tissu adipeux.
