Abstrait

La maladie des exostoses multiples (MEM) est caractérisée cliniquement par la présence d’exostoses ou ostéochondromes (tumeurs bénignes) se développant principalement au niveau des métaphyses des os longs. Le risque de dégénérescence en chondrosarcome à l’âge adulte est estimé à 5%.
