Avec l’âge, surtout à partir de la septième décennie, le revêtement cutané de la main perd son élasticité, devient plus fin, sec et fragile (1, 2). La flaccidité de la peau, en augmentant la surface de l’enveloppe tégumentaire, peut constituer un réel avantage pour la réalisation des lambeaux, à condition de s’adapter à la finesse et à la fragilité de la peau.
