Abstrait

La maladie de Paget mammaire (MPM), décrite en 1874, est un adénocarcinome localisé dans l’épiderme du mamelon et/ou de l’aréole mammaire, presque toujours associé à un carcinome des canaux galactophores sous-jacents dont il semble dériver.
