Résumé

Les localisations digestives, issues du MALT (Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue), représentent la principale localisation extra-ganglionnaire des lymphomes et rassemblent des maladies diverses, dont l’incidence est faible, mais peu étudiée, et qui ont fait l’objet d’une découverte étiologique parmi les plus importantes des vingt dernières années: celle de l’implication d’Helicobacter pylori (HP) comme agent étiologique. Leur prise en charge est en partie spécifique mais la relative rareté de ces localisations fait que les stratégies thérapeutiques proposées s’inspirent largement de l’expérience acquise à partir des lymphomes ganglionnaires.
