Abstrait

Depuis les premières néphrectomies partielles laparoscopiques réalisées par voie transpéritonéale en 1993 par Windfield (1) et par voie rétropéritonéale en 1994 par Gill (2), la néphrectomie partielle laparoscopique connaît un développement parallèle aux autres interventions mini-invasives laparoscopiques comme la néphrectomie élargie ou la prostatectomie radicale.
