Abstrait
Les techniques de chirurgie esthétique deviennent de plus en plus sophistiquées et l’exigence de patientes traitées pour un cancer du sein également. Parfois, la patiente exige une reconstruction immédiate de son chirurgien. En même temps, dans la dernière édition des « Standards, Options & Recommandations (SOR) du traitement des cancers du sein infiltrants non métastatiques » il a été décrété que « le choix d’une reconstruction mammaire immédiate ne doit pas compromettre la réalisation optimale d’une radiothérapie locorégionale et d’un traitement général « (1). Quand le traitement local nécessite une mastectomie totale et que la patiente souhaite une reconstruction mammaire immédiate (RMI), une concertation multidisciplinaire préalable est indispensable pour évaluer la néces sité d’une radiothérapie et l’interférence éventuelle avec une reconstruction en fonction de la technique choisie.
