Résumé
Traiter des ligatures et sutures en neurochirurgie conduit à survoler l’ensemble de la pathologie neurochirurgicale, qu’il sera bien évidemment impossible de détailler en quelques pages. La neurochirurgie inclut la chirurgie cranioencéphalique, la chirurgie vertébromédullaire et celle des nerfs crâniens et périphériques. Nous traiterons essentiellement des techniques de suture utilisées dans les deux premières chirurgies, la dernière étant traitée par D. Le Nen et W. Hu dans les chapitres consacrés à l’orthopédie-traumatologie et à la chirurgie plastique et reconstructrice.
