Abstrait

Le développement d’une épidémie de maladie de Kaposi chez les patients homosexuels de la côte ouest des États-Unis a été à l’origine de lamise en évidence d’une nouvelle maladie, le syndrome d’immunodéficience acquise (SIDA), et de la découverte du virus de l’immunodéficience humaine (VIH).
