Adénomateuse, inflammatoire, infectieuse ou tumorale, la pathologie hypophysaire s’observe chez la femme à n’importe quel moment de ľexistence. Cependant, certaines affections hypophysaires, qu’elles soient ou non de nature dysimmune, surviennent de manière préférentielle chez la femme enceinte.
