Abstrait

En échographie musculo-squelettique, le recours aux produits de contraste ultrasonores reste dévolu à la recherche clinique (1). Ľobjectif de ľéchographie de contraste est de déceler, avec plus de sensibilité que le mode Doppler énergie seul, la présence de microvaisseaux au sein de structures peu vascularisées à ľétat normal, traduisant ainsi une néeoangiogenèse.
