Abstract

A patient with recurrent PSVT undergoes an electrophysiology procedure. Fig. 47.1 shows a recording during the procedure. Shown are the surface recordings and intracardiac recordings from the His bundle electrogram (HBE) ablation catheter (Abl), coronary sinus (CS), and right ventricular apex (RV). What is the diagnosis of the tachycardia?
