55-year-old male from the ED with a history of chest pain and negative ECG

The left ventricular cavity size is within normal limits. The wall thickness is increased in a concentric fashion, and measured over 1.4 cm. The systolic function appears normal.

Perfusion images seen in the second and third rows demonstrate that no focal perfusion deficit is noted. Increased myocardial mass is apparent.
