73-year-old female with a retroatrial mass noted on recent echocardiography

The short-axis cines demonstrate a large mass posterior to the right and left atria, which is heterogenous in signal intensity having regions of both low and high signal intensity. Elevation of the right atrium is apparent, with minimal effacement of both the right and left atria.
