54-year-old female with signs of right heart failure

She has extensive peripheral edema. She is also noted to have peripheral eosinophilia.

The left ventricle is normal in size and function. The right ventricle is essentially filled with amorphous abnormal signal, which extends from the apex nearly to the level of the tricuspid annulus, and superiorly into the right ventricular outflow tract almost to the level of the pulmonary valve.
