Assess for viability.

The left ventricular cavity is at the upper limits of normal in size. Akinesia of the anterior wall at the basal level is noted, progressing to dyskinesia at the mid-ventricular and apical levels. This involves portions of the anterior septum, and anterior lateral wall. A small focus of hypokinesia is seen in the inferior wall at the apex as well.

The right ventricle is normal in size and function. The mitral and aortic valves are unremarkable. A trace amount of tricuspid regurgitation is noted.
