Abstract
Phospholipids are essential parts of all biological membranes and play an important role in a vast variety of cellular and bodily functions. This knowledge has led to many attempts to develop nutritional phospholipid products—however not always with positive results. Now, with the appearance of MPLs on the market we may see a clear breakthrough.
