Abstract
Cerebrovascular intervention is one of the most rapidly developing fields in medicine. Advances in stent and coil technology have allowed minimally invasive treatment of what were often thought of as untreatable conditions. The following chapter will serve as a review of the current techniques and evidence for treatment of acute ischemic stroke, symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic disease, and cerebral aneurysms.
