Abstract
This chapter focuses on radiological imaging of colonic neoplasia. Examination of the colon is most often performed with barium radiography and computed tomography (CT). Ultrasonography, positron emission tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) have minor roles in colon imaging.
