Abstract

This combination of ingredients preparation is intended to aid in the treatment of coughs due to colds, allergies, and minor upper respiratory disorders. The promethazine component possesses sedative, antihistaminic, and antiemetic actions. Guaiacolsulfonate is possibly effective in increasing respiratory tract secretions.
