Abstract
It is clear from the nature of some proposed activities that the search should begin with governmental, foundation, or other potential funding organizations. But in many cases, grant seekers wish to explore the possibilities that exist within the broadest possible range of funding sources and thus must consult publications and services for guidance in focusing their exploratory efforts.
