Abstract
In my presentation, I will start with a brief description of the clinical features of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Then, I will discuss recent developments in the psychological treatment of these patients (i.e. self-management programmes and cognitive therapy) and finally I will go into the relational ramifications of this disorder and present some recent follow-up data.
