Abstract
In this overview I would like to summarize the present situation and trends in application of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in the area of pharmacokinetics and I would also like to discuss exploiting of the obtained results in drug level monitoring. Unfortunately this is a very broad theme which is covered by several thousands of papers that have appeared during the recent years. Therefore I can hardly do more than to keep on the surface of these problems.
