Abstract
This chapter explores:
-
The need for meaning
-
Spirituality and the search for meaning
-
Personal values
-
Meditation.
Examining sources of stress in detail with others often makes me feel worse. I prefer to do this alone. Then I can talk to myself, cry, be angry, uninhibited and then work through my feelings. I don’t expect people to know exactly how I’m feeling.
